Tour Price

All tour prices are quoted in Thai Baht and charge per person. Each tour will inform customer about things that are included and excluded in the program. Usually price will include transfers, sightseeing and excursions by private air condition car/van, all entrance fees, lunch & dinner.

Tour prices normally do not include international airport tax, meals and drinks not listed and optional tours.

For the customized (tailor made) tours and incentive tours, Ezy Tour will calculate the tour cost in accordance with the actual services to be rendered and will charge the customer accordingly.

Tour Program

Since our tour programs are pre-arranged, changes or modifications cannot be made after arrivals in Thailand.

Ezy Tour will make every effort and endeavor to keep the stipulated itineraries. However, we reserve the right to re-arrange the order of tour programs; to cancel or to substitute elements or any plan without notice since the local conditions may requires such changes.

Payment Procedure

Payment must be made on acceptance of our quotation and confirmation. Payment has to be made prior at least 30 days before arriving Thailand through PayPal which is the secured online system.

Booking will be completed once the full payment has been paid. You will required to print your confirmation voucher and bring it with you through the trip.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted before 5PM Thailand Time. Cancellations received after 5PM will be deemed to be received the following day. Group bookings are for 5 or more rooms or 9 or more people. Large groups of more than 25 guests are subject to a separate cancellation agreement.

Please email us for details. Cancellation Fee schedule is valid for all new reservations made from January 1, 2008. The amounts of penalties are imposed by the Service Providers such as hotels and transport companies.

Responsibility

Ezy Tour Thailand and P&P Telecom Co.,Ltd acts only as agents for the persons or companies, providing accommodation, transport or other services, and assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss or damages to person or property, delays, transport failure, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Service Providers or by "force of nature"; severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other factors beyond the control.

However, Ezy Tour Thailand and P&P Telecom Co.,Ltd will always make full endeavors to comply with the original tour programs and arrangements.
